"The Man with the Plan"

Ken is a long time ATARI 8-bit, and AMIGA user and hardware-hacker type guy. He is largely responsible for the realization of the MIO reproduction project, and all of the layout for the new MIO and PBI extender circuit boards. Among other things, Ken has also designed and produced the Internal "plug-in" (chip socket mounted) MyIDE boards for Sijmen Shouten (Mr. ATARI) since 2004. PAST PROJECTS


Sergio Larrondo

WareRat

Sergio is the "Main Brain" behind the operation, and is responsible for development of 90% of post-production testing & diagnostic approaches, as well as analysis and development of firmware, and firmware-to-hardware correlation & design changes. Sergio is a Computer Engineer for a company which is a very well known name in the aerospace design & manufacturing industry. He has designed and built several "plug-in" upgrades for the ATARI 800 including 100% XL/XE OS compatability and static-ram implementation of up to 576k.


Stephen J. Carden

For anyone who has been a long-time active user on the ATARI scene, this name needs no introduction. It would be impossible to list all of the projects and products that Steve has been involved in the development of, over the years. Steve holds several Computer Science degrees, and is employed as a software/systems engineer for a certain division of the U.S. Government. His work on the ATARI spans from the early 80s, to present day. He is the author of REALDOS, TCP/IP EXPRESS BBS, SUPER SECTOR COPIER, and many other applications. Over the years, he has worked closely with just about every large or small scale hardware developer in the ATARI industry,including ATARI inc. Steve is responsible for all of the software support that is available for the MIO in REALDOS, and is a key player in firmware development as well. Steve is the owner/proprietor of ILS (Integrated Logic Systems Inc,) the current producer of Bob Puff's MULTIPLEXER System.

ADAM BRANNON:

Donated his 256k MIO for disassembly/reverse engineering purposes.

DAN WINSLOW:

Disassembled his 1 meg MIO and shot very detailed pictures for our close analysis, which were also instrumental in the decision on the final build specs.

TOAN HO:

Can't say enough about this guy. He has loaned us ATARI equipment for testing purposes, helped wherever and whenever he could, and expressed a huge interest in the MIO project, as well as the ATARI community in general.
